Careers

If you share our passion and commitment to working with children with autism, we want to hear from you.

We’re always looking to add more people to our team – so if you’re excited at the thought of learning more about Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), enjoy everything that comes with being part of a team (including a willingness to receive feedback) and have a positive outlook, please send us your résumé.

In return, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training in a highly-supportive environment so that you, too, can enjoy the satisfaction that comes with making a difference in the lives of children with autism.

Looking to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and need supervised training? We’re happy to help anyone who’s as dedicated to helping children with autism as we are.

We’ve been very fortunate to work with some of the world’s leading behaviour analysts, and we welcome the opportunity to pass along the knowledge and expertise we’ve gained over the years to you.

We offer both individual and group supervision to our staff and we’ll provide you with comprehensive training that includes:

  • Exploration of new, cutting-edge research and direction on how you can apply it in your day-to-day work with children with autism and their families
  • An in-depth examination of the ethical issues you’ll face in our profession
  • Coverage of all topics relevant to your BCBA exam

Breakthrough Autism is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
